George Lopez (born April 23, 1961) is an American comedian and actor. He is known for starring in the self-produced ABC sitcom George Lopez . Personal life

In 1993, Lopez married Ann Serrano. The couple had a daughter, Maya, born in 1996. On September 27, 2010, Lopez announced that she and his wife had decided to end their marriage. Lopez has a genetic condition that causes his kidneys to worsen.
